This system undergoes a thorough five-step process to ensure optimal results. We start by professionally grinding the existing substrate using diamond-cut blades. This process effectively prepares the surface and can remove any existing epoxy coatings. After identifying substrate cracks, we fill them with a specialized solution. Once cured, we grind the repaired areas to a smooth finish, ensuring a seamless base.
Next, we apply a moisture-resistant, 100% solid epoxy base coat. This provides a strong foundation for the subsequent layers. We then apply our Tru-Alpha Polyaspartic coating and spread decorative flakes evenly across the surface, leaving no empty areas. This step adds both aesthetics and texture to your pool deck. Finally, we apply a clear coat with Nano Technology to ensure UV protection. This topcoat not only enhances the appearance but also protects the surface from sun damage.
Our deck coating technique is monolithic, making it resistant to mold, filth, algae, and mildew, unlike other systems. For added safety, we incorporate a polycarbonate additive in the topcoat, providing slip resistance and creating a secure environment for your family.
